The Withered Lady – The sole major intelligent power on this level, the Withered Lady is the spectre of an ancient elven woman. Her and her undead minions roam the level freely, although they have not made any particular attempt to flush other living beings off of it.
The Well Hydra – A lurking beast at the bottom of the well from the higher levels, this five headed Hydra is a serious threat to the unprepared seeking to take a shortcut down the well.
